Challenges

Large family home on strict budget. Client required an executive style home with wow factor whilst staying within very tight budget restraints.

Outcomes

By using unusual open rise staircase in living/dining area, we turned what normally would be considered an eye-sore into a main feature of the home. And through using cost-effective white porcelain tiles throughout the entire ground floor and courtyards, we managed to keep costs down while creating a minimalist, clean and modern look.

Block of 4 townhouses and 2 units on busy, main street. Deep excavation of basement/car park on level block with close proximity to ground water and neighbouring properties...
