Challenges

Block of 4 townhouses and 2 units on busy, main street. Deep excavation of basement/car park on level block with close proximity to ground water and neighbouring properties. Highlight windows required in upper level rooms with raked ceilings. Large underground rainwater tank servicing all toilets, washing machines and garden irrigation systems. Similar block of existing units next door required this project to stand out from, yet blend in with, the neighbouring property without spending on big-dollar features.

Outcomes

Highly appealing homes both internally and externally. Clean-line finishes and bright colours, with sun-drenched top floors create an inspiring and comfortable environment for occupants. Compliments the neighbouring property and curved front fence adds to appeal of street scape.
